Monica Kruse, is appointing people to the CJMC and from the evidence below, it appears those that probably don't have the public's best interest at heart!
We can't allow these people to have any form of influence and leadership in our community!
"La Crosse County Criminal Justice Management Council member and community activist Keonte Turner was cited and released May 10th for solicitation of a prostitute.
"News 8 Now received the police report and it’s the result of a lengthy investigation that dates back to January. Turner is a current member of the La Crosse Co. Criminal Justice Management Council, a former La Crosse School board member, a former candidate for La Crosse City Council, and a current employee of the La Crosse Area Family YMCA. - source
"That’s nothing new in the wake of a far left, cop-hating movement that exploded after the death of George Floyd, a black man who died at the hands of a Minneapolis police officer.
"But the antipathy from Joella Striebel, a member of the La Crosse County Criminal Justice Management Council, is alarming to members of the law enforcement community and those who still believe in the importance of police.
"In one post on her Facebook page, Striebel shows off her new tattoo — a police riot helmet split in two with what appears to be a plant growing between the smashed remains. “Strong communities prove police obsolete. Another world is possible,” Striebel’s post declares.
"And then she adds, “All cops are bound to a system of violence and oppression.”
"Quite a sentiment from a member of a committee that is trying to create a police oversight board. - source
While Striebel has already resigned from the CJMC, it shows the lack of vetting and character of the people that Monica Kruse is appointing.
We must do our part to spread awareness and vote for people who have the people's best interest! We can't allow this to stand in our communities and in the lives of our children!
Ephesians 6:12:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Below is the recommendation for a Police Oversight Committee. Our position is that this is not necessary. There is no evidence of systemic police misconduct. Quite to the contrary, our law enforcement communities in La Crosse County conduct themselves at the highest standards.
This is simply another attempt by anti-police activists to gut the authority of our law enforcement. Because that has worked so well in other cities...
